This is our second time using Totta to do work in our home and just like the first time they did an excellent job! Our floors look beautiful but what made the experience even greater was the team that did the work. So kind and communicated well! During the process, our family dog got very sick and we had to make a quick decision to put him down. My husband let them know the situation and the kindness showed to us that day was really sweet. They helped us move furniture that was supposed to already be out of the way and offered to help in any way they could as we dealt with the loss of our sweet dog. Will definitely have them out again whenever we need work done on our floors!
