Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. Totta wasn’t the low bid I received for repairing our floors due to water damage yet their approach is worth every additional dollar over the low bid. Great communication, did the work on time per the schedule, and completed the work without any ‘surprise’ change orders.
