One Year Later – Still Happy!
It’s been a year since we had our floors done by Totta Hardwoods, and we’re still just as happy with the results! Over the past year, we had a couple of minor concerns, and their team was fantastic—they came out promptly, addressed everything without hesitation, and made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with their work. Their commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship remains top-notch.
From the start, Totta Hardwoods exceeded our expectations—even covering additional materials at no extra charge due to a miscalculation in the initial quote. Their professionalism, quality, and dedication to customer satisfaction have truly set them apart. Highly recommend them to anyone considering hardwood flooring!
