Our steep staircase leading to the basement was an accident waiting to happen with no safety railing in place. We finally decided to suck it up and fix the problem, and Totta Hardwoods came to the rescue! They were very responsive when reaching out for an estimate, and very thorough explaining what the issues were, where we could cut corners with the costs, and what needed to happen to make the staircase safe to use. The final product looks PHENOMENAL and the price was reasonable for how professional it looks! Seriously, cannot thank these guys enough for their craft and expertise.
