Our floors where built in 1939 oak floor, the previous owner put linoleum down on part of the floor. Totta took up the linoleum and refinished all the oak floors in the living room and hall way. They are beautiful, I think they look more beautiful than they were when they were put down. Just guessing I am not that old. We had our kitchen floors refinished by a different company a year ago and Totta's makes those floors look like they didn't finish them, so I am having them come back out and redo the kitchen floors so they look as beautiful as the living room floor. They did a GREAT job! Will never use anyone else to finish the other floors in my house.

Totta Hardwoods refinished original redwood and whitewood hardwood floors in 3 rooms in our home and installed new oak hardwood floors in an adjacent room. I interviewed several companies before contracting with them. Their professionalism, preparation, quality of work, attention to detail, and responsiveness were top notch--second to none. Every step of the process was explained to us in detail ahead of time. The follow-through and follow-up service was outstanding. I appreciate working with a local, family-owned business and their personal involvement in every phase of the project. I interacted with many of the employees throughout the process, who were all excellent, skilled at every level and great to work with. I highly recommend Totta Hardwoods and will be using them again for any other hardwood floor work.

We absolutely love our hardwood floors! We had Totta add new hardwood to part of our main level and refinish the existing hardwood. They were professional, friendly and experienced. When we made a last minute change to the color, Jordan and Sam helped walk through all the different options and gave their helpful opinions. I very much appreciated how timely they were each day and how clean they left the work area at the end of the day. We would recommend Totta to anyone looking for hardwood work.

The hardwood floors of our 94 year old lake home were not well cared for until the Totta Hardwood Flooring specialists came to the rescue. They installed new HWF in the renovated kitchen, pieced that floor into the older flooring of the original hearth room, and sanded a neglected bedroom floor. After staining, all those floors look amazing and new! Eventually we will have the Totta specialists redo the remaining wood floors - I can't wait!

I highly recommend Totta Hardwoods and I will use them for any future projects we have. Randy and his coworker are conscientious, polite, excellent with communication, and phenomenal craftsman. The owner, Mike, is also responsive, coscientious, and courteous. Our floor was originally installed by a different company in 2021 but needed to be refinished because of an issue we had with our dishwasher. In all honesty, I think my floor looks better than it did when it was originally installed. Thank you, Totta!
